I would recommend going to settings > system > display. Then change the scale of the monitor to be 100%. Then try your steps again and see if you can see the accept box now. If everything works then you can change the scale back to how it was if you want. 31 people found this reply helpful.

End user license agreement keeps showing up. After reloading and activating Outlook 2003 (went from XP to Windows 7), the end user license agreement requires acceptance evertime I open up outlook, even though I've accepted it.
